Customer Service Infographic

Customer service can make or break a company. A good policy with controls will keep customers coming back. The client wanted several press releases in conjunction with their public launch. They stand on the importance of customer service so I wanted to show how customer service does indeed affect a company. To support the statistics quoted within the releases, I created an infographic which helps reporters break down information more easily.
